Synopsis

Dharma Drops is a little bit about yoga, a little bit about life, and a little bit about whatever. Recorded as 15-30 minute episodes, Dharma Drops is designed to offer digestible nugs of information, inspiration, and inquiry. I'm a little candid and, sometimes, foul-mouthed. And, often, I speak before I think. But like yoga, life (and this podcast) is a practice. Even when I'm at my worst, I'm doing the best I can. And I hope we can do our best together.Dharma Drops offers musings--not Truths--about life living as a modern day yogi. On this podcast, we are dumping out the yoga Kool-Aid and seeking how we can be both a normal human and a yogi. And, sometimes, that means we don't talk about yoga at all--because it doesn't have to be all yoga all of the time.Giddy up, friends. Here we go.
