I share a story from a good friend of mine to show this success. I briefly reference an article from July 2019 in the Journal of Osteoarthritis and Cartilage by Fu et al. 'Mechanical loading inhibits cartilage inflammatory signalling via an HDAC6 and IFT-dependent mechanism regulating primary cilia elongation'.
