It may sound silly to ask if you know where your butt is, BUT a lot of people have a hard time activating their glutes. If you can't activate them, how can you expect to strengthen them. Today I share some great activation and loading progressions from physical therapist research guru, Chris Powers. He owns and runs the Movement Performance Institute (MPI) in southern Cali, is a professor at USC, and recently was awarded the Marian Williams award for research for all the contributions he's made to this great profession.
