Things I kept thinking about, but never did anything. It boiled down to priorities. Deciding which goals are the most important and which should be put on hold. Putting off exercise until someday did not cut it! I was 38 I found myself at a crossroad. I exercised on and off (mostly off) for years.Got no results and getting more and more fat, turning to larger clothes or elastic waistbands. I was not setting effective fitness goals. I really wasn’t setting any goals at all. Just a wish for someday maybe.
