Synopsis
Did you know 84 million American adults have prediabetes? The good news - Prediabetes is reversible! The bad news - 9 out of 10 people with prediabetes don't know they have it. The purpose of this show is to help people with prediabetes (of those at risk) stay motivated to lose weight so they can stop worrying about getting diabetes and have plenty of energy to enjoy life. Each week I share simple steps you can take to lose weight and prevent diabetes. Choose what works for you and leave the rest.
