He married a Belizean woman, Sylvia, with whom he has two children. He has served in the U.S. Army, receiving a general discharge in 1975.  He is dubbed the "Grim Sleeper" because he appeared to have taken a "14-year break" from his crimes.  In Britain’s ‘Forgotten’ Serial Killer , Claire's True Crime case takes us to London, England, United Kingdom.    As a child Patrick displayed a number of troubling behaviors such as torturing his pets, including cats and rabbits and even once roasted a tortoise alive. He had become obsessed with death and this obsession further manifested itself in the habitual fondling of dead birds. As a young teenager, Patrick also set fire to a catholic church, for which he received a probationary term. Patrick was also known to bully other children, rob from the elderly and had attempted to strangle his mother. The Cheshire Murders, Claire's True Crime case takes us to Cheshire, Connecticut.    Sunday 22nd of July 2007, the Petit Family are having a relaxing Sunday. William Petit, an endocrinologist, had spent the day playing golf with this father. His Daughter, 17 year old Hayley, had spent the day at the beach with her friends. Bill's wife, Jennifer Hawke-Petit, a nurse had planned to prepare a pre-birthday mean with their 11 year old daughter Michaela. The pair went the local Stop&Shop to buy groceries for dinner. While shopping, the two were noticed by career criminal, Joshua Komisarjevsky, who targeted them as being wealthy and unbeknownst to Jennifer and Michaela, decided to follow them back to their  home.  Komisarjevsky, who had a string of previous offences, including multiple burglaries, contacted his new "partner in crime" Steven Hayes. The Tale of a Dentist, His Boot & His Bike, Claire's True Crime case takes us to Northern Ireland.   Described as a ‘master of the double life’, on Saturday 18th May, Colin Howell played the devoted father at his child’s birthday party. Howell, fashioned a gassing pipe from a hose and his own child’s baby bottle.  Using this device, he connected it to the exhaust of his car, held the tube his wife's face, gassing her. She is eventually consumed by the fumes and passes away. He continues his murder plot by going after his mistress's (Hazel Buchanan)  husband.  On the 19th May, 1991, two bodies were found in a fume-filled car in Castlerock, Ireland.  This is the True Crime cases of Colin Howell,  a Northern Irish convicted double murderer.
