Mind of Her Own is hosted by Julie Trites, a passionate womens mental health advocate known for speaking her mind about her own struggles with postpartum depression and generalized anxiety. Each week Julie shares inspiring conversations with women who are breaking down the stigma and busting through the shame of mental illness. Grateful that she survived, Rebecca started writing about her experience and decided to share her story in the hopes that she could help others choose a different path.
