More than ever the world of work is a heady mix of people, behaviour, events and challenges. When the blend is right it can be first-rate. Psychological flexibility is something that Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) aims to strengthen. It's made up of six processes. In this podcast I represent those processes with the triflex.
