This podcast is about the journey to finding body freedom. I'm your host, Cait Croteau, an Anti-Diet Dietitian, Self-Love Advocate, Yoga Teacher, and Body Positive Fitness Instructor. I have guests on the show that have struggled with their weight, dieting, eating disorders, addiction, poor body image/confidence, and everything and anything in between. My guests share their journey to finding body freedom on the show and give all of us hope that we can change society by simply deciding to be the change ourselves. Welcome to the Podcast!
