Will Amazon FBA remain a good opportunity for new sellers in 2019

I live in the UK. Should I sell my Amazon FBA products in the UK or the US? The short answer is: Sell in both But in reality is, if you are starting out, start in your home market. Try things out and test. If something doesn't work, you can always request Amazon to send our product to your home, while if you are selling in the US and that first product fails, Amazon will not ship it to your UK address. The US market is a lot bigger than Amazon UK, and very easy to get into, but it’s also the most competitive Amazon market in the world. So, before jumping into the US, gain experience in the less competitive UK, then you could even consider Germany. But don't launch in 2 countries at once, because your launching efforts will be less effective in both platforms

Amazon Seller App Special Features for FBA Sellers What is the Amazon Seller App? Amazon app is available on all platforms, from iTunes to Google play or Android devices. The App is 100% free to download and you will never be asked for a credit card to pay for any other fees. The simple answer is No. Most Prime buyers turn on the Prime filter, so when they do a search on Amazon, if an item isn’t prime, it won't even show up on their search. If you are competing for the “buy Box” (this means more than one seller on the listing) Amazon will award the buy box to the prime item, if the prices are the same. This means if 2 sellers are selling the same item for the same price, and only one is prime, he/she will get the sale when the buyer pressed the “add to cart” If an item is Fulfilled By Amazon, by default it will be Prime. But in some cases, if you live in the US you can do Seller fulfilled prime. To do so, you need to qualify and be able to deliver your products as quick as Amazon woud.
