Initially, Ron was not buying in, he pointed out every stigma against car salesmen and was certain the industry was not for him. The Ford dealership convinced Ron that he could make double his current income while maintaining his integrity. This was enough for him to give it a try. Without having a system in place Ron sold 2 cars on his first day. This led him to maximize his knowledge using resourceful individuals such as Steve Richards, Grant Cardone, and Sean V Bradley. Ron went on to sell 33 cars per month, for 3 years in a row out of 500 sales professionals he ranked #1. His success led him to become a BDC internet director, the department started with 26 internet sales leads to over 100 sold leads under Ron’s management.
