    Marshall Haas, the CEO & co-founder of Need/Want joins the show to talk about how getting accepted into Arch Grants brought him to St. Louis originally back in 2012 with his company at the time called Obsorb. This company was then acquired by a company in Vancouver B.C. called MetaLab in which Marshall went with for a few months to help with the acquisition before returning to St. Louis. One of the aspects of St. Louis that is very visible, and often gets taken for granted, is the red brick architecture you see all over the area. On this episode, you will learn more about the frozen pizza that will make you glad that you took the time to "Give frozen pizza another bake!". My guest for this episode is Rick Schaper who, along with his wife Meredith, started what is now known as Dogtown Pizza. This St. Louis based frozen pizza company started in the kitchen of the Schapers home located in the Dogtown area of St. Louis. The company has grown from making a few dozen in their kitchen to needing a daily supply of nearly 3,000 fresh pizza crust brought in from Vitale's Bakery from "The Hill". Make sure to give Dogtown Pizza a shot the next time you are in your local St. Louis area grocer, and if they do not carry it, make sure to ask the manager to start carrying it.
