My guest for this episode is Rick Schaper who, along with his wife Meredith, started what is now known as Dogtown Pizza. This St. Louis based frozen pizza company started in the kitchen of the Schapers home located in the Dogtown area of St. Louis. The company has grown from making a few dozen in their kitchen to needing a daily supply of nearly 3,000 fresh pizza crust brought in from Vitale's Bakery from "The Hill". Make sure to give Dogtown Pizza a shot the next time you are in your local St. Louis area grocer, and if they do not carry it, make sure to ask the manager to start carrying it.
