On this episode of Who's Who in St. Lou, I bring you Thomas Schlafly who is the co-founder of the Saint Louis Brewery under which the wonderful Schlafly beer is brewed and distributed. We start our interview talking about him being a Priory graduate and a little comparison between private and public schools and some of the other very well known St. Louisians who have gone through the St. Louis public school system of which his father was a board member of the St. Louis Board of Education for 28 years. We then move into discussing how the Saint Louis Brewery came to be as well as how he met his co-founder Dan Kopman.
