Ping Yang received her Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering in 1985. Upon graduation, she joined an engineering firm in northeastern part of China and worked as an engineer for 7 years. Arron began his hockey career at the age of 4, played for 18 years, until abruptly ending his career and his dream to play professionally after his 10th concussion. He played through injury and symptoms because that is what athletes are taught.  He earned MVP awards in every division, received an athletic scholarship and was recognized by both the OHL and NHL community. Arron achieved success throughout his entire hockey career and at 14 was named to the Jr. A Rookie All-Star Team. A year later, he was then drafted 30th overall into the OHL to the Ottawa 67’s, under Brian Kilrea. Arron suffered from 4 concussions while playing for the 67’s. Tim Chhim, 57, was born in Cambodia. He left home for schooling when he was 9. When Cambodia turned Republic in 1970, Tim sided with the U.S. backed government. Cambodia got caught in the last stage of the Vietnam War. As his country split, Tim volunteered as a student to help fight the Vietcong, N. Vietnamese and the Khmer Rouges. Tim lost his home to American bombing in 1972. His family was displaced and his father died shortly after.
