Ruth is an energetic achiever and also has invested a lot in personal effectiveness and communication. This has helped her to develop her leadership even further and she adds great value for companies/departments, especially for those in crisis. She creates stability, overview and works solution-and goal oriented. Ruth has taken numerous training, courses and seminars and read a variety of literature with business economics, personal and organisational development. She combines motherhood, partnerhood, studying, personal development, finance, entrepreneurship, doing some real estate and taking care of her  own finances for almost 30 years with pleasure. Of course she has also experienced adversity and defeat and has overcome many setbacks and challenges including a very poor childhood.
