Journey To Success

Ping Yang received her Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering in 1985. Upon graduation, she joined an engineering firm in northeastern part of China and worked as an engineer for 7 years. Ping went to Kansas State University as a graduate student in 1992 and received her Master’s degree in Grain Science & Industry in 1994. She then went to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and received her PhD in May 1999. In September 2000, she started to work in Cerestar Inc., Hammond IN. During her time in Indiana, Ping “accidentally” found Dr. Hill’s teaching online while searching for the next step in her life and started to study Dr. Napoleon Hill’s philosophy at the age of 36.  Growing up from a little girl who lived in poverty to a Principal Research Scientist in one of the world’s largest food companies, Ping has come a long way.  Every step along the way, she has followed some of the principles outlined by Dr. Hill unconsciously.
