PMP: M.R. Sellars - Rowan Gant Investigations: Now in stereo!
09/02/2015 Duration: 02h01minFrom the website, http://www.mrsellars.com : M. R. Sellars is a relatively unassuming homebody who, in his own words, “tells pretty lies for a living.” While he had several short stories appear in minor publications, it wasn’t until 2000 that his first full-length novel, Harm None: A Rowan Gant Investigation, hit bookstore shelves, officially launching the acclaimed paranormal thriller series and its associated spinoff. All of the current novels in Sellars’ continuing Rowan Gant Investigations saga have spent several consecutive weeks on numerous bookstore bestseller lists as well as a consistent showing on the Amazon.com Horror/Occult top 100. In 2010 a short e-novella featuring a supporting character from the RGI cast spawned a new series, The Special Agent Constance Mandalay Novels, the first full-length book being IN THE BLEAK MIDWINTER, which hit the streets November 2011. The second, INTO THE LAKE OF FIRE is slated for release 2015. M.R. Sellars is joining RevKess and Kalisara once again. This time w

PMP: Wiccanate Privilege - an unfinished debate
02/02/2015 Duration: 02h02minYou may think KaliSara and RevKess are late to the party on this one, but the debate/discussion/conversation about "Wiccanate" privilege is still on going. It was such a big topic in the United States Pagan community that PantheaCon 2014 saw a standing-room only conversation hosted in the suite for Covenant of the Goddess. The discussion was moderated by Jeffrey Albaugh, program manager for the Conference on Current Pagan Studies. A year later and people are still whisper, or yelling, about Wiccan privilege. It's, rightfully, dropped won in value with other discussions of great import going on, including racism in the Pagan world. It is still a valid topic for discussion and crops up from time to time. RevKess and KaliSara decided to tackle the topic, as best they could, in this week's edition of PMP. Zaracon and RevKess touched upon it back in late 2013 and early 2014, but this will be a more thorough discussion. What is Wiccan or Wiccanate Privilege, how does it affect others in the Pagan community, should

30/01/2015 Duration: 02h13minAs event season gets ready to kick off for the Pagan community there are any number of minor controversies that might crop up. In the passed there have been issues regarding gender in sacred space, certain notable presenters and their pasts, and other issues - both minor and major. This year seems to be no exception to that. With Covenant of the Goddess facing member resignations and turmoil over their public statement regarding racial issues and a first time out festival in direct conflict with a well established festival - in both timing and geographic location - there seems to be now shortage of controversies to address this year. RevKess and KaliSara will talk about some of those current issues and how they may play out in the near future. From Peter Dybing's strong stand on racial inclusivity in practice and language in regards to CoG to the Gathering of Pagan Souls festival being in direct conflict with Heartland Spirit Festival at the end of May. Along the way they may also address some of the past is

That hearing has been rescheduled and Corwin and Phil will be talking more about that on 1 February. Lavender Hill airs live every Sunday morning at 11am Central. Approaching four years on the air, Lavender Hill is Nebraska's only LGBTQIAA news and talk program on community radio. Thanks to the continued support of KZUM and listeners, Lavender Hill will be celebrating the four year anniversary the same time that KZUM celebrates 37 years on the airwaves! PMP: Divining Your Dark Through Tarot, Runes, Meditation & Dreams
24/11/2014 Duration: 02h00sOur long time listeners have heard KaliSara and RevKess talk a lot about delving into the Dark, preparing for the Dark of the Year, looking into the Abyss and all manner of related topics. In this week's episode they are going to talk about using various divination techniques to hellp explore the Dark. When they say Dark the do not mean the lack of light, they do not mean hell (whatever that is). They mean the deep, often times uncomfortable, realm of the Self. Through the use of Tarot, Runes, other oracles, and dream and meditation work, one can look into the Dark, divine what it has to share with you. In this episode several techniques will touched upon as well as ways to help safe guard yourself when working with these tools. Last year the hosts did a segment exploring some of this very topic. You can listen to that here: Walking Through the Dark (Oct. 13, 2013). Please note: The hosts will not be doing live divination for listeners during this program.
