Each week she will guide you through the steps she took that helped her improve her relationship with food, stop overeating, and stop using food to deal with stress. This is different from anything you've ever tried, and it leads to permanent, deprivation-free results. We work at the root of the issue, your thoughts and mindset. And once you learn to overcome this, you can use these tools to apply to ANY area of your life.
