Its #TrillThursdays! This week I'm talking to founder Alicia Tetteh at the launch of her mobile app ATTUNE  about being a non-technical founder, what that means, and how to overcome the challenges involved to get it done. 

This week we talked to UX Designer, Kemberly Eliscar about monetizing your mind and skill set, knowing your value and showcasing your work, and thinking of yourself as an asset. She told us why you need to keep that "you need me energy" and why she's not "caping" for corporate American on their D & I initiatives. She let us know the Fourth Industrial Revolution is happening now.

This week's guest is none other than Brittney Ball from Skookum. She went from homeless to software engineer, mentor, teacher and Speaker in less than five years through tenacity, hard work and dedication.
