Mother’s Day and Eastertide converge again this year. What do moms really want? Is it flowers? Or perhaps a beautiful card? From observation, I would offer that moms want all their chicks to come home to the nest. This is not always possible. Jesus’ mother was with the other disciples and apostles when Jesus appeared among them.  Jesus revealed that he had come back to life. Then he gave the greatest gifts to the gathered disciples. Have you heard of anybody deconstructing their faith? This has been a hot topic in recent years. It is not as new as some would have us believe. After Jesus' crucifixion, two of his disciples decided to defect. They were heading home to Emmaus. Incognito, Jesus joined them and asked about their sorrow.
