Synopsis
Lady Frances Carfax, a wealthy but solitary woman, vanishes while traveling alone across Europe. Concerned by her sudden silence, Sherlock Holmes sends Dr. Watson to follow her trail through hotels, acquaintances, and shadowy figures she encountered on her journey. The case grows increasingly mysterious, with hints of danger surrounding the missing lady, until Holmes himself intervenes to uncover the truth behind her disappearance.
