I'm Dr. Carolyn Lam, associate editor from the National Heart Center and Duke National University of Singapore.                                                 Our feature discussion this week centers on the temporal changes in natriuretic peptides preceding heart failure hospitalizations and patients at high risk. Data that are really novel and have implications for the way we perhaps monitor and categorize these high risk patients.
