The First Lesson: Psalm 1: 1-6 The Second Lesson: Romans 13: 1-10 Jesus teaches us that His Kingdom is not of this world. At the same time, the Word of God calls us to live faithfully in this world. How do we rightly understand what it means to be in the world but not of it? Martin Luther's understanding of the Two Kingdoms helps us in this regard as do the teachings of the Apostle Paul.
