Condrill, shares with us his life experiences as a BRAT, son of a military man who followed orders that sent the family to various places in the United States and other countries around the world. Joe was in San Antonio, TX to preside at a Regional gathering of BRATS when he was interviewed at Joe's Crab Shack on a cold and rainy day in February 2015. A Regional is a popular event held in various parts of the U.S. where BRATS share information about locating friends and classmates, have an opportunity to show and tell about their special overseas heritage, and discuss opportunities to be involved in the organization. Overseas BRATS organization is open to all who were dependents and traveled with their parents in the U.S. or overseas. It is also open to their parents, teachers, and support personnel and their dependents. For
