Thank you to Vikki Huber Rudawsky who was our guest for 6AM Run Podcast Episode 2. Vikki is a legendary runner from Delaware, the home state of www.6AMRun.com. She competed for the US Olympic Team in the 1988 and 1996 games in Seoul and Atlanta, respectively. In the 1992 IAAF World Cross Country Championship for the 5K, she set an American record. Vikki also won the USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 1992 in the 1500 meters. During her illustrious career at Villanova, she won eight NCAA championships in the 1500 and 3000 meters (indoor and outdoor), setting a collegiate record in 1988 for the 3000. During her youth days at Concord Highschool, she took home five state titles. I'm thrilled to bring her insights to the 6AM Run community in Episode 2, where Vikki tells us about her running journey, and some secrets to success as an elite runner.
