Hi everyone, Michael Sandler here, your host on inspire nation. Today we have a very short, stress-reducing meditation. This is a powerful meditation I use whenever the anxiety’s up or things aren’t going quite as planned. I call this meditation dropping in, as in dropping in to the zone. This is a very short yet powerful meditation. We’ll do about a five minute version here, but if you need to, you can even benefit from a 1 or 2 minute version. Of course, you can ALWAYS go longer as well. This is an extremely popular meditation of mine, and one I use frequently. If things are going “wrong” , not as planned, or things feel like they’re spinning out of control, I quickly drop everything, and jump into this meditation. It’s a great way to quickly get centered and let the stress go. This meditation’s also a perfect match for our interview today with Deena Kastor, Olmpian and World Record Holder in the Marathon. She’s learned some amazing techniques for reframing, and moving past stress. You can find her intervie
