T Dallas Smith grew up on the westside of Atlanta, Georgia from humble beginnings.  When his family moved to College Park, which was a primarily white community at that time, this was when he was first exposed to kids who as teenagers, were already setting big goals for themselves. This caused a shift in T. Dallas' mindset, and he started to do the same.  After researching some of the richest men and women in the world, he found that a lot of them all had one commonality - they were involved in real estate.  So T. Dallas decided he wanted to get into commercial real estate. There was just one problem.  Back in the 80's there were almost no people of color in that particular industry.  In fact, T.
