In todays episode I am going to teach you how to communicate with your spouse when your upset with them. Lets face it marriage/ relationships aren't always rainbows and butterflies. There are going to be times when your significant other does something to upset you. This is normal and even adds a little spice to the relationship. However... What we don't want to do is communicate the wrong way. Doing this leads to fights, not speaking for days and in some cases the end of the relationship.  Listen now to prevent that form happening. 

PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE COMMUNICATION IN A REALTIONSHIP IS A NO NO! On a serious note, if you are a passive aggressive communicator, it's no good! This behavior is extremely damaging  to any realtionship/marriage. So, you need to learn a new way to communicate! If you want to stay married anyway!
