    This is part 2 of "What's Going to Protect our Kids?" Sadly school shootings have continued to devastate our nation. Emotions are high - right now is the time to change the world we live in. Unfortunately, when you turn on media of any sort, there is a false sense of security that if we implement reactive measures/procedures, we will decrease the chance of a school shooting. This episode will discuss 3 key concepts to preventative measures when it comes to exploring ways to decrease school shootings. We reviewed the notion of a sense of belonging - including role modeling with our own children and what schools can do around Social Emotional conversations with students. Our gaming industry continues to be a multibillion-dollar industry, we looked at the complexity of ratings on games, especially when it comes to first-person shooter games.
