So, in a newly researched episode, Mike and Gibby present to you Richard Kuklinski, the way it should have been done.Richard "The Iceman" Kuklinski committed his first murder at the age of 14. In his early days he killed anyone that annoyed or slighted him. He went on to become a mafia hitman and eventually formed his own crime ring. He earned the Iceman moniker for his method of freezing his victims, sometimes for years, in order to confuse law enforcement as to the victim's time of death. George Kent Wallace "The Mad Paddler"

Newspapers dubbed him "The Mad Paddler" because he was convicted of abducting a number of boys in North Carolina and paddling them. Wallace would get out but go on to amass a lengthy prison record. But, as an adult, David realized that he couldn't make the kind of money that he wanted to, at least not legally. How far was David willing to go to the kind of money he wanted? David was put on trial for the murder of John Calkins when he was in his early twenties but was acquitted by a jury of his peers because the case hinged on circumstantial evidence. Copenhefer later moved to Pennsylvania but found out that he couldn't things happen there the way he wanted to either. So, he plotted out an elaborate kidnapping for ransom plot.
