  • Being more aligned with yourself with Jules Schroeder {e161}

    08/01/2018 Duration: 42min

So it’s going to be a great way for you to look at the both sides of the coin and wager if there’s actually a place for you to use both of these approaches in your business. I personally really believe in the value of the plan and having a goal, but once you are confident and really clear on those, I think you also need to be open to some serendipity and see when good opportunities present themselves. And that’s what we’ll be talking about in this week’s episode. Jules shares about the transformation she’s gone through in her business, how she’s really learnt to let go and go with the flow. I love how she defines allowing things to happen effortlessly as a ‘minimum movement maximum impact’, and

    23/10/2017 Duration: 25min

    Going to conferences and trying to make the most of them is something that I did extensively in my corporate job so it really comes natural to me. But, from talking to other wellpreneurs I realized that most of you haven’t had that experience, and as I’m just getting ready to head out to conference in Bangkok I decided to share some tips on how I approach conferences to make sure I don’t burn myself out, that I get what I want out of the event and make some amazing connections. Taking it from someone who is really introverted, because going to conferences really drains me, I really had to learn how to pace myself and take care of my self so I could spend my time and energy in areas that are important to me – like meeting new people and enjoying the travel. If you are about to go to your first conference, or have already been to one but felt uncomfortable and like you didn’t get what you wanted, or you just love conferences like I do – you are really going to enjoy this episode.This episode originally aired on

In Chinese culture, soups are used as a daily nourishment filled with specially chosen herbs and vegetables to balance the body.
