This week we catch up with William Penn University Head Coach Cameron Foster.  Foster discusses his trip last month to bowl The Masters in Las Vegas and what went right for him that week.  We also discuss preparing for the ITC's and what his team works on preparing for an event.   

This week I catch up with Ronnie Sparks Jr. to discuss his team setting the Team All-Events Record at the USBC Open Championships in Las Vegas.  Ronnie talks about his teams' mindset after team event and heading into doubles and singles.  We discuss the equipment his crew used and what it would mean to him to win another Eagle should their score hold up.  We chat about the Bowlers Journal as well and if urethane is in play this year. 

This week we catch up with former St. Ambrose University star Brent Boho. Brent shares what went right for him at the USBC Masters and how he is using his college bowling experience on tour. Boho shares some advice for high school bowlers looking to bowl in college and the big differences in bowling in college to the PBA.

This week I catch up with four-time USBC Open Championship Champion, Matt McNiel to discuss his 2022 USBC OC experience. Matt talks about his team's game plan heading into the event. We chat about his thoughts on the pattern this year and what type of equipment he feels is best suited the the tournament this year.

This week I catch up with the Head Coach of both teams at SCAD, Katie Thornton. We discuss her women's team win at the NAIA and what really came together for the team. Thornton shares her coaching philosophy and what high school bowlers should be focusing on if they want to bowl in college. We end our time discussing the ITC's set to take place next month and how both teams are preparing.

This week we catch up with Dr. Dean Hinitz to discuss the mental side of bowling. Dr Dean discusses how a bowlers mental game evolves over time and how he believes a bowler should handle distractions. We also talk about how a bowler can learn from failure and what younger needs to avoid if he wants to take his mental game to the next level.

This week we catch up with USBC Communications Manager Aaron Smith to preview the upcoming collegiate bowling post-season. Smith sets the scene for Intercollegiate Team Championships and highlights some of the teams we should be watching. We also talk about Wichita State University, and what it will take for them to repeat on the men's side. Smith ends discussing covering the college bowling scene during the coronavirus.

This week I catch up with Former Nebraska and Silver-Certified Coach Lindsey Boomershine. Boomershine shares some tips as tournament time approaches. We also hear things that Boomershine does before practice begins to warm up. Lindsey talks about a great deal that H5G is running for PBA members. We end our time discussing some of the great new equipment Boomershine plans to use in upcoming tournaments & the PWBA Tour.

Alec is a junior at Wichita State and is on Junior Team USA. Alec shares a little bit about his background and why he chose to WSU. We also discuss his mental game and some things he has improved on since his time bowling in college. Keplinger ends our time discussing the teams recent win at the Hoosier and how they are approaching the post season.

This week we catch up with St. Ambrose University Junior Cameron Crowe. Crowe talks about the success his team is having and how he is coming back off an injury. Cameron shares his thoughts on passing along his knowledge to the underclassman and his time on Junior Team USA.

This week we catch up with PWBA star and former WSU Shocker Clara Guerrero. Guerrero shares the story of how she became a Shocker and discusses her major title win in Green Bay. We also talk about her mindset in singles competition vs team competition.

This week we catch up with former WSU Shocker Wesley Low.  Low discusses his mindset heading into the U.S Open this week and what led to his great opening PBA event.  We chat about his goals for the 2022 PBA Season and his connection with Jake Peters as they roomed together. 

This week we chat with collegiate bowler Chloe Skurzynski. Skurzynski is a junior at Stephen F. Austin. She talks about her bowling at Team USA Trials and how she was able to put it all together and make Team USA. We also discuss her transferring schools and what led to that decision.

This week we catch up with former Robert Morris Collegiate Bowler Trent Mitchell. Mitchell talks about his preparation and mindset heading into the Team USA Trials in Las Vegas. He discusses his week in Vegas and his mindset heading bowling on each pattern.

This week we catch up with Mount Mercy University Head Coach Andy Diercks. Diercks recaps the first half of their season and how he plans to keep his team motivated. We chat about some drills he does during practice to put pressure on the team, and what he believes is a good timeline for high school parents if their child is looking to bowl in college.

We end 2021 by catching up with former University of Nebraska standout GG Mason. Mason talks about her choice of bowling at Nebraska and what high school players should be looking for when they chose a college. We also talk about her bowling for Team USA and when we can expect to see Mason next competing.

This week we chat with Lincoln Memorial Director of Bowling Torrie Bartalone. Bartalone talks how she got her start in coaching and talks about how her school is dealing with the pandemic. Bartalone also has some great advice for both high school athletes and parents.

This week I chat with Vernon Peterson about the 2021 bowling balls that were released. Peterson is a Silver-Certified USBC Coach and Bowlers Journal International Ball Reviewer.
