However, the culture is what ought to change, for it is the spirit in that culture that must constantly undergo an assessment of its principles and degree of faithfulness. Within the diocese of London, having only 14% of her Catholics practicing the faith (86 % do not practice their faith), no one should really be flying the banner of our Catholic-Culture. Rather we need to repent, and find a renewed spirit of faithfulness.
