    Today on the show we have the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at the Naval Academy, Cindy Timchal.Coach Timchal is on her twelfth season at Navy. Since bringing the program to Division I Navy has won six Patriot League Championships, has appeared in six NCAA tournaments, they made it to the Elite 8 in 2018, and in 2017 they became the first service academy team for a women’s sport to make it to the final four.Before coming to Navy Coach Timchal was the head coach at Maryland. During her time at Maryland, the Terps won seven national championships in a row, eight in total.     Today on the show we have Navy Men’s Lacrosse Head Coach, Rick Sowell.Coach Sowell is graduate of Washington College, where he was a two-time All-American and National Midfielder of the Year. During his time there he won two national championships. He started off his coaching career at Washington College as assistant for the 1986 national championship team. He then moved on to become an assistant coach at Georgetown before taking the head coach job at Dartmouth University. His final season at Dartmouth, Coach Sowell’s team won their first Ivy League championship since 1965. He then moved on to restart the lacrosse program at St. John’s University. After St. John's he took over as head coach at Stony Brook, where he was named America East Coach of the Year for his final two seasons. He then took over as head coach at the Naval Academy.He’s now on his seventh season as head coach at the Naval Academy. He’s helped guide the Midshipmen back to the national spotlight with their eighth Patriot League title in 2018.
