Today on the show we have Will Manny.Will is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts. He finished his career at UMass as the program's 5th leading scorer with 201 points. He was rookie of the year in 2010 and was a first-team All-American in 2012 as well as the CAA Player of the Year.He went on the play lacrosse in the MLL for the Boston Cannons, and the Long Island Lizards. On this week's X-Treme Threads Lacrosse Classified, we remember the Humboldt Broncos tragedy of a year ago, recap all of week 17's action in the NLL and question who is in charge of the 3-star selection at some NLL games.Our first guest is righty forward Rhys Duch of the Calgary Roughnecks and Victoria Shamrocks. Duch was the longest serving member of the Vancouver Stealth before being released by the team before the start of this season and being picked up almost immediately by the Roughnecks, before leading the early season charge by the Roughnecks in the absence of Curtis Dickson and Wes Berg.Our second guest is Andrew Suitor of the New England Black Wolves and the Peterborough Lakers. The nine season veteran with prior stints in Minnesota, New England, Rochester and Vancouver, Suitor is a grinding defender that isn't afraid to drop the mitts, and is perhaps most famous for his two fights with Geoff Snider.We wrap things off with another edition of Stampede Tack #WhoYaGot, where Evan has expanded

Billings had 4 straight 100 point seasons in Toronto before making his way to Vancouver where injuries caught up with him. Out of the league for 2 years, the Seals too a chance on him and he's turned out to be the biggest comeback story of the year in the NLL so far.Our second guest is Ben McIntosh of the Saskatchewan Rush and the Maple Ridge Burrards. A Drexel graduate, McIntosh is a big key in the high powered Rush offense with one of the best quick sticks in the league.Plus we have another round of Stampede Tack #WhoYaGot. Today on the show we have the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach at the Naval Academy, Cindy Timchal.Coach Timchal is on her twelfth season at Navy. Since bringing the program to Division I Navy has won six Patriot League Championships, has appeared in six NCAA tournaments, they made it to the Elite 8 in 2018, and in 2017 they became the first service academy team for a women’s sport to make it to the final four.Before coming to Navy Coach Timchal was the head coach at Maryland. During her time at Maryland, the Terps won seven national championships in a row, eight in total. She’s been a national coach of the year twice, a four-time ACC Coach of the Year, and she’s been inducted into the Delaware County Sports Hall of Fame.Coach and I got a chance to talk about a lot of different things like developing a culture of competitiveness, team concepts, pre-practice, and much more. Today on the show we have Navy Men’s Lacrosse Head Coach, Rick Sowell.Coach Sowell is graduate of Washington College, where he was a two-time All-American and National Midfielder of the Year. During his time there he won two national championships. He started off his coaching career at Washington College as assistant for the 1986 national championship team. He then moved on to become an assistant coach at Georgetown before taking the head coach job at Dartmouth University. His final season at Dartmouth, Coach Sowell’s team won their first Ivy League championship since 1965. He then moved on to restart the lacrosse program at St. John’s University. After St. John's he took over as head coach at Stony Brook, where he was named America East Coach of the Year for his final two seasons. He then took over as head coach at the Naval Academy.He’s now on his seventh season as head coach at the Naval Academy. He’s helped guide the Midshipmen back to the national spotlight with their eighth Patriot League title in 2018.

This week's guest for the Know the Game podcast is Colton Watkinson of the New England Black Wolves.Colton describes how he went from being released from his Junior B team to the Hill Academy, to a remarkable career at Limestone that has led to being a first-round NLL draft pick.
