    Rob Smith is a legend within English coaching. A former player with London Wasps he turned his hand to coaching and led the team through the transition from amateur to professional rugby. He coached within the England set up with the U20s and the Saxons and then became Academy manager at Wasps. He was responsible for the huge production line of players that came through including the likes of Tom Rees, Haskell, Cipriani and Joe Simpson. In this interview we discuss his philosophy on coaching, how to support players in the performance pathway and how he is utilising all of his experience to help amateur club Aylesbury RFC. Enjoy.
