Bridging Realities: An Accessible Astrology Podcast

Yesterday, Astrologers Tareck Adeeb, MA (c) and Michelle "Em" Emery, MA, LPC, NCC went LIVE to discuss the astrology of today. Here are a few highlights:   Change is coming. It’s time to tear down what isn’t working to build something beautiful. Remember, there are positives and negatives in everything.   Be in the heart. If you’re in the heart, you’re in the flow. Even if the world is in hyper speed, it won’t matter if you’re connected in the heart, because you’re one in the moment. People can feel a change coming.   There’s enough information in our world that tells us that this is happening. We are going to be okay. It starts with ourselves in what we can do to change. If we are feeling bad or negative, how can we make enough of a difference in ourselves to be more positive?   If we can’t shake bad or negative feelings, EMDR sessions, acupuncture, essentials, nature, and even watching something funny can help. Having a community of friends and people that you can turn to is also extremely helpful too.   Le
