Betty Kress knew she was in over her head. Betty attends a small church in Kingsport, TN. She is not influential. She has no powerful friends. And she most definitely does not speak Spanish. And yet, when she heard a story about Jorge Santiago, a church planter in Puerto Rico, she knew she was the one that God had chosen to come to his church’s rescue.
