Dr. RIch Kirchherr reflects on why he feels it is time for our congregation to have the conversation about, and engage the process of, what it would mean to formally include and affirm all people as created in the image of God. This process and congregational wide conversation, might very well include, as a congregation, writing a covenant of welcome, inclusivity and affirmation that all people are children of God.
