Septyni Akmenys Seven Stones Hi there, I’m Raminta and I’m Jack and welcome back to Lithuanian Out Loud where we offer the world the Lithuanian language. Something you have to see in Vilnius are the, Gates of Dawn or Aušros Vartai.  Between 1503 and 1522 the city was protected by a wall which included three towers and nine gates.  This is the last of the nine gates to survive and it‘s beautiful.  dawn                              aušra gate, gates                       vartai the gates of dawn or dawn’s gates                    aušros vartai --- pradėkime, let’s get started Alrighty!  Now let’s continue working on plural nouns but today the nouns are a little unusual.  These verbs end in –uo.  Remember masculine nouns have to be matched to masculine numbers and feminine nouns have to be matched to feminine numbers.
