For this episode, I was able to bring back Paralympian Jessica Heims to talk about here recent experiences with competing in the 2020 Paralympics and navigating COVID. Jessica is a recent graduate from the University of Northern Iowa, where she competed on the University's track and field team as a discus thrower and sprinter.
