In light of the recent Las Vegas shooting, I thought I'd share some ideas on fearless living.  Now, I should preface this week's podcast by stating that I'm not an expert at living fearlessly.  However, it's something that I'm making a conscious effort to do more and more each day. These ideas are from a book that I've gotten a lot out of over the years.  It based on the Buddhist philosophy of non-dualistic thinking, and how when employed can help us alleviate a lot of the suffering we experience as human beings living from a me vs. them mindset. Here is the passage... "Here are five specific suggestions [for fearless living in troubled times]. Embrace oneness: Remember that we are one in consciousness.  Every time you create a separation (through judgement), you create suffering -- usually for yourself.
