LOSING SUCKS! I will never get used to the feeling of not being the winner. It's uncomfortable to me, and thats what makes me a winner. However, some recent events in my life have exposed some deep learning lessons across all the areas of my life because of my 1st lost in the sport of Jiu Jitsu. After going undefeated 18 times with 8 Gold medals, I had to walk away 2nd place. This podcast will show you how I used the pain of losing, to learn some powerful stuff about myself, and then share it with my family, the men that I coach, and my sons wrestling team (that I coach also LOL)
