Competition versus Collaboration is an ongoing battle that rages on as a decision that we make unconsciously hundreds of times a day. We have the power to share, support, uplift and promote others around us with our words and actions. This all sounds like a great thing, so why is that so many of us choose NOT to do so through our silence or acts of competition in community or the marketplace? My belief is that we have been foully programmed to believe every-time we lift others up it takes something away from ourselves; when the truth is we gain more power in community by doing the exact opposite.
