Eric is a Coach and Coach Educator, currently serving as the Director of Competitive Programs and the Coach Development Manager with Toronto High Park F.C.. He has a UEFA Pro License, a BsC in Sports Sciences, and previously served as a Coach with RCD Espanyol in Spain. Our discussion today focuses on positional play, what it means to Eric, and his thoughts on implementing it within a youth club. We talk about utilizing the key principles of positional play at an age appropriate level throughout the different phases, and ask why we don't see it happen more often.
