Today’s guest is Melissa Fritchle. Melissa has her Master’s degree in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University and is licensed by the CA Board of Behavioral Sciences as a Marriage and Family Therapist. She has training in Process Therapy, couple’s therapy, mindfulness & Buddhist Psychology, movement and dance therapies, and in the impact of nutrition on mood. Melissa is also a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has completed extensive training specific to human sexuality and sexual health as well as an internship in a private practice devoted to sex therapy. She is a member of the American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists and has experience working with a wide variety of sexual issues and concerns. Melissa is the author of The Conscious Sexual Self Workbook published in 2014 and she writes the ongoing blog, Conscious Sexual Self.
