In the first half we talk with Professor Ron Riggio, the Henry R. Kravis Professor of Leadership and Organizational Psychology and former Director of the Kravis Leadership Institute at Claremont McKenna College. We talk with him about the core tenets of leadership, what makes a bad leader, and the importance of followers. In the second half we talk with Robyn Saleem-Abdusamad, the author Zaynab's Enchanted Scarf (as well as two other children's books). We talk with Robyn about the importance of inspiring children, and recognizing the contributions of African American's and Africa, and how her book does that.
