Trainers Talk Training

We got together with Samantha Ciaccia of Body Space Fitness to talk about her upcoming shoulder health workshop on April 7th at BSF in New York City. Sam brings a blend of information to the fitness world with a degree in Kinesiology, experience from the emergency room, and overseas medical work.  She gives us a run down of what to expect at her workshop, how it is to be a woman in the fitness industry and other stuff!
