"Don't give up." a comment I've heard all the time, through every stage of my journey and I'm sure many other women have heard as well. It's a comment that is meant to be kind and supportive, but it has really rubbed me the wrong way for a long time. Today I want to discuss why I don't like telling people "don't give up." and talk about real advice that can help someone who has lost that hope.
