If you leverage it, technology can either be one of the greatest assets or greatest distractions in your life.  Here are three tech additons that can help you have a better day:  1. A note taking app. I suggest Evernote but SimpleNote is good too. The idea is to keep things off your mind and written down somewhere. That way you forget less and do more.  2. A todo or task managment app. There's nothing more satisfying than accomplishing a task. Two I suggest are Wunderlist or Carrot.  3. Simple to know hard to do... turn off social media notificiations. You would be amazed and what it will do for your day. Try it and see.
